The problem turned out to be bigger than sourcing
Fidelen began in 2023 with a simple idea: make it easier for businesses to source what they need through structured RFQs and competitive vendor quotations.
Working closer to the procurement process revealed a broader challenge. Finding a supplier was only one part of the problem.
Growing organisations also needed a better way to manage everyday purchasing across branches — from approved suppliers and catalogue ordering to requests, approvals, sourcing, purchase orders, receiving and management visibility.
Fidelen evolved from an RFQ marketplace into a Procurement Management SaaS built around that broader problem.
